The following rights are guaranteed by the NCLB law:

• Parents are hereby informed that this school participates in the Federal Title I program.
• Parents may request information regarding the professional qualification of your student's teachers.
• Parents will be notified should their child be taught by a teacher for 20 days or more who is state certified by not federally "Highly Qualified".
